Spoke with 3 reps, 2 were "helpful" in the issue of why the PEUC did not automatically roll over, so I can certify> (Exhausted previous CA claim in 12/19, benefit year still open thru Sept) received a message in the EDD inbox to continue to certify for the weeks not working on May 27th there were not any links to certify to extend the claim. The rep today stated it showed that I could file in another state, which is incorrect. I believe he is assuming that because of the Corporate address out of state. Worked for the same employer when I was laid off due to COVID that I have a CALI EDD claim with. On ANOTHER call back for a claim adjuster to fix the claim. Waiting for call backs since April.
