Claim specialists possibly back on phones October 5
On September 19, 2020, the Strike Team released a report where things were going to be a little different for two weeks. Claim specialists were going to be working on the backlog to cut down the amount of applicants waiting for their claim to process. Some people have been waiting since March! During this time, the phone menu changed. It is not stated in the news release, but it's possible claim specialists will be back on the phone lines October 5. If you have not solved your problem, give them a call after October 5. You can use phone tips here.
